Gulmarg is a world Famous tourist resort situated just 50 kms from Srinagar city. Its the most visited tourist attraction of Kashmir Valley and is famous for its Ski slopes, its huge meadows, the pony tracks that offer you a pleasure horse ride and most recently the Gulmarg Gondola. The Gondola is a Cabin Lift that uses small imported cabins to lift visitors to a height of thousands of feet to the mountain top. The next phase of Gondola when completed will travel a distance of more than 2.5 Kilometers. Price per ticket Rs150 for adults, Half rate for minors.
